Responsibilities

As a Manager or Senior Manager in our Banking team focused on Operational Resilience, you will lead critical programs that strengthen the stability and continuity of financial institutions. You’ll translate complex regulatory requirements into practical strategies, lead the delivery of resilience frameworks, and embed sustainable operating models across global organizations. Your leadership, technical insight, and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration will be key to helping clients anticipate, withstand, and recover from disruption.

In this role you will:

  • Lead client engagements to design and implement operational resilience frameworks, translating complex regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, PRA/FCA, Basel III) into actionable strategies across local and global business units.
  • Own delivery of transformation programmes, assessing current state maturity and executing remediation plans that embed resilience into operating models, governance, and risk management practices.
  • Shape strategic solutions across critical service mapping, impact tolerance alignment, business continuity, incident management, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk appetite.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency by embedding automation, monitoring, and oversight mechanisms into resilience processes, enabling clients to move beyond “Day 1 compliance” and proactively manage future disruptions.
  • Lead the integration of enabling technologies, including automation, cloud, and AI, to enhance control, streamline incident response, and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes.
  • Oversee Third Party Risk Management initiatives, implementing TPRM frameworks, clarifying dependencies for critical services, and establishing contingency and exit strategies to manage third-party failure risks.
  • Manage and influence cross-functional teams, aligning business and technology stakeholders around a customer-centric resilience strategy, supported by measurable KPIs/OKRs and cultural change programmes.
