Description
Works with channel partners to develop and deploy business plan for assigned territories Visits existing and potential customers on a regular and planned basis to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and promote our products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and year sales targets as agreed with Manager. Develops relationships and cultivates wide range of business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales. Manages existing and acquire new customers in assigned territories under general supervision of the Manager. Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
