We are supporting a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project. The platform is purpose-built for the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins, with a strong focus on institutional adoption. The team is building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity, unlocking new yield opportunities, and enabling broader investor participation. Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner. With deep RWA domain expertise and strong technical execution, the team is developing institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure and a comprehensive decentralized ecosystem designed to support large-scale, real-world asset adoption. Responsibilities Distribute on-chain vault products and tokenized RWA offerings to HNWI, family offices, and institutional investors. Originate and manage capital pipelines, from investor introductions through allocation and repeat investments Present vault structures, yield sources, risk profiles, liquidity terms, and on-chain settlement clearly to sophisticated LPs. Drive AUM growth through direct sales, referrals, and strategic introducers. Maintain long-term LP relationships and support post-investment communication and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding, reporting, and ongoing LP needs. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in investment sales, capital raising, or institutional/VIP BD within traditional finance or crypto. Existing LP network across HNWI, family offices, private banks, allocators, or crypto funds. Proven ability to raise capital or sell investment products, with a results-oriented track record. Strong understanding of yield products, fixed income, funds, or structured investments. Highly self-motivated, independent, and performance-driven. Familiarity with crypto, on-chain products, or digital assets is a strong plus.
