QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or diploma in Project/Construction Management, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in capital project delivery, asset management, or public works.
  • PMP certification or equivalent training is an asset.
  • Experience working with First Nations communities and infrastructure funding programs.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, GIS, CAD, and asset management systems.
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License and access to transportation.
  • Must provide a recent (within 30 days) Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance.
Responsibilities

THIS IS A KEY LEADERSHIP POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING PROJECT DELIVERY, OVERSEEING ASSET MANAGEMENT PLANNING, AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE CODES AND STANDARDS. YOU WILL BE INSTRUMENTAL IN SHAPING THE LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY OF OUR COMMUNITY ASSETS WHILE ALIGNING INFRASTRUCTURE INITIATIVES WITH OUR VALUES AND STRATEGIC VISION.
