REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related areas
• 3 + years’ experience in a related discipline including insurance or financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, product management, risk management, or capital planning.
• 1 + years’ experience in capital planning (highly preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using financial modeling tools, software, and platforms.

The Capital Management Specialist will be responsible for providing specialized expertise and support in managing the organization’s capital resources. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to assess capital needs, develop strategies for capital optimization, and ensure efficient utilization of capital.
