Description

3-5 years of experience in funds transfer investigation and Payment Processing Handling Process escalations, work allocations and providing support to team members in critical activities Should be able to Manage end to end Funds Transfer process and ensuring all the Inquiries & queries raised by internal department and CSG are attended Knowledge of Remitter, Beneficiary Bank, Nostro Bank, Correspondence Bank & Intermediary Bank Knowledge of Swifts & its workflow. E.g.. MT 103, 202, 999, 199 etc. Managing operations for international clients Must be aware about the Impact of Fund Transfer and its impact on Reconciliation Excellent in MS Office, communication skills, inter-personal skills

Responsibilities

The team member will manage the end-to-end funds transfer process and ensure that all inquiries and queries from internal departments and CSG are addressed. They will also handle escalations and support team members in critical activities.
