Description

* Implement and oversee defect management processes using tools such as JIRA or HP ALM, ensuring efficient issue tracking and resolution. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives. * Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication. * Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive risk management strategies to minimize potential disruptions. * Possess experience in leading Agile or Scrum-based project management methodologies. * Proven ability in project planning, forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and governance reporting. * Demonstrable risk identification and mitigation planning experience. * Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams and working with stakeholders across regions. * Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field. * 10+ years of project management experience in testing and client implementation programs. * •Proven experience in managing multiple conversion projects across workstreams and asset classes in the capital markets domain. * On-time delivery of test cycles and milestone adherence, Effective risk mitigation, Defect leakage to production, Stakeholder satisfaction (client and internal) measured via periodic feedback., Effective risk mitigation, Budget variance (forecast vs actual) within agreed thresholds. * Experience in managing and executing large transformation projects * Experience in leading global teams in a multi-cultural environment. * Knowledge of various Project execution techniques
