This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across structured finance, asset-backed securities and loan sale transactions that support SoFi’s Capital Market programs. The Analyst will play a critical support role in reporting and portfolio reviews across a variety of platforms. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to develop a deep understanding of structured finance, asset-backed securities, loan markets, and capital strategy within a fast-growing fintech platform. What you’ll do: Support the investor services transactions by coordinating data, materials, and communications across internal teams and external counterparties. Review transactions and determine if aligned with internal risk and controls Support the investor services reporting by conducting research, organizing data, and preparing presentation materials for management review. Assist in reviewing legal documentation, coordinating with audit firms, bank counterparts throughout the transaction process. Perform analytical support for deal databases, trigger and concentration tracking and transaction performance tracking. Monitor capital markets activity and peer issuance to help inform team perspectives on market trends, spreads, and investor sentiment. Contribute to process improvements by identifying ways to enhance reporting accuracy and data management efficiency. Other ad hoc support as needed requested relating to whole loan sales, asset backed securitizations, new products, securities financing, unsecured lines of credit, and any other future financing initiatives of the company. What you’ll need: You will have recently graduated and your highest level of education is only a Bachelor’s Degree (Spring 2025 / December 2025 New Grads or within 1 year of graduation) You are available to start working immediately in January 2026 No more than 12 months of professional full-time work experience (excluding internships and research assistant roles) Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or similar technical field; demonstrated involvement in school clubs or prior internships, a plus.
