Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, Investment Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in investment systems, system administration, project management, test management, technology operations, or related areas.
Understanding of investment products, asset classes, financial instruments, and investment system processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, maintenance, and reporting.
Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and project management practices.
Knowledge of investment operations, investment analysis, accounting, corporate finance, and process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
Experience in financial markets, investment-related systems, or driving operational and system improvements is preferred.
Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or equivalent are an added advantage.
