ProducePay is transforming the fresh produce industry by giving more power to farmers through a transparent marketplace, flexible financing, and better market insights. The Capital Markets team sits in a unique position at ProducePay, working with the entire Company from the Sales team to the Board of Directors. The team takes the lead with the CEO & CFO on both equity capital raising as well as debt facilities used to power advances to farmers, is in charge of investor relations for both equity investors and debt facility providers, and plays a major role in important cross-collaborative projects across the Company. You will be an integral part of our finance team reporting to the SVP of Capital Markets, working closely with the C-Suite, Board of Directors, and investors to build out data analytics, models, reports, and presentations. You will not just be expected to put together models and materials for internal and external use, you will be expected to be the one presenting them. You will partner with internal business partners from Sales, Operations, Risk, Product, and Technology to help drive insight and develop tools that benefit ProducePay and its investor base and Board of Directors. Responsibilities: Work closely with the SVP Capital Markets, Senior Director Capital Markets, CFO and CEO on developing and executing strategies for capital raising, including debt and equity issuances, whole loan sales and securitization Serve as the primary lead for Investor Relations, working closely with FP&A, Treasury, Risk and Sales to standardize reporting, systematically providing updates to investors and quickly addressing investor questions and/or concerns Keep the Capital Markets team organized with prioritizing and maintaining task lists and “herding cats” across the company to answer detailed due diligence questions as part of capital raising processes or investor relations Partner closely with internal and external counsel to review and execute legal agreements Maintain data room for use in various Capital Raising processes Develop and standardize metrics and dashboards that would result in consistent measurements across portfolio performance for the benefit of management, board, equity investors and lenders Serve as the Capital Markets liaison/lead for various cross-collaborative projects at the company, including the Insurance Wrap and Rating Agency projects Develop detailed financial models and impactful marketing materials for fundraising Develop investor analytics capabilities including internal and client-facing tools and reporting Develop metrics and support investor communication for credit-related topics, including weekly/monthly reporting on portfolio performance Assist with ad-hoc analytics and comprehensive reporting Ensure that proper coordination and communication between teams is as efficient as possible This role requires an extremely high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion given the level of access to company information Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration 3-4 years experience raising asset-backed debt facilities from scratch The highest level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is critical Ability to create and maintain complex financial models from scratch Proven tack record of strong cross-functional stakeholder management and influencing partners to drive outcomes Comfort working with very large data sets Experience with Tableau and SQL is a plus Goal-driven, focused, independent worker and can-do attitude It helps be a Fast Learner Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Competitive salary Law Benefits Major Medical Expenses (Includes Vision and Dental) Minor Medical Expenses Life insurance Monthly transportation support Monthly cell phone support Referral Bonus
