• Support the implementation of ECM objectives to align with business goals and regulatory expectations.
• Run and refine capital models , question inputs, challenge outputs, and bring insight to the process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across AUSPAC and Group to build awareness of ECM and its strategic value.
• Analyse capital needs, support stress testing, and contribute to capital reporting and risk frameworks.
• Assist in model calibration, validation, and development ensuring our models evolve with the business.
• Provide technical guidance and translate complex modelling into meaningful advice for decision-makers.
