Reporting to the Director of Business, this role will oversee the planning, delivery, and management of all capital projects and infrastructure works across the School. The Manager will be responsible for significant capital and operational budgets, providing expert advice on building life cycles, asset management, and long-term financial planning to support the School’s growth and sustainability. Leading the Property Team, the role will ensure that facilities, grounds, and maintenance are of the highest standard, aligned with the School’s strategic objectives. In addition, as Chief Warden, the Manager will play a vital role in coordinating emergency management procedures and fostering a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and the wider School community.
