POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
Trinity Western University (TWU) is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of capital projects—including new construction and major renovations—across our campuses. Reporting to the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Campus Operations and supervising the Project Lead, this role is responsible for the delivery of high-impact projects that align with TWU’s strategic goals and Campus Master Plan (CMP).
This position will manage the full lifecycle of assigned capital projects from concept through to completion, including budgeting, procurement, risk mitigation, scheduling, commissioning, and quality control. The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between consultants, contractors, internal stakeholders, and TWU leadership. The Project Manager exercises considerable independence of judgment and action in order to maintain project budgets and schedules for several projects simultaneously.
