Job Description: Description du poste Le / la Capital Sales Manager est responsable du développement des ventes d’équipements auprès des cabinets esthétiques, med-spas et spas hôteliers. Ce poste est essentiel pour ouvrir de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et nécessite une approche commerciale proactive de type “hunter”. Les Capital Sales Managers collaborent étroitement avec les équipes internes et les partenaires financiers afin de garantir une expérience client de grande qualité. Ils identifient les opportunités, présentent l’univers Hydrafacial, réalisent des démonstrations, négocient les ventes et finalisent les contrats d’achat. Ce poste travaille également en partenariat avec l’équipe Business Development afin d’assurer la transition des nouveaux clients et de soutenir les comptes existants en identifiant des opportunités de trade-up, de second système et de multi-sites. Ce que vous ferez Responsabilités principales : Présenter Hydrafacial aux cabinets médicaux et med-spas en impliquant l’ensemble des interlocuteurs clés, notamment les médecins, esthéticiennes, responsables de spa et responsables administratifs. Faire découvrir la technologie Hydrafacial et les protocoles de soin via des démonstrations et traitements réalisés directement sur site. Identifier les besoins des clients, communiquer sur le retour sur investissement potentiel et expliquer comment intégrer les traitements Hydrafacial dans leur activité. Générer des leads grâce à des actions de prospection : visites terrain, appels téléphoniques, réseautage et réseaux sociaux. Répondre aux leads entrants provenant de salons ou du siège sous 24 heures, avec un haut niveau de professionnalisme. Collaborer avec les équipes grands comptes pour soutenir les opportunités nécessitant des ressources supplémentaires. Maintenir un pipeline solide afin d’atteindre régulièrement les objectifs mensuels et les quotas de vente. Fournir des prévisions hebdomadaires au management, incluant des estimations basses et hautes. Développer des techniques de vente stratégiques en utilisant les outils marketing et les ressources disponibles afin d’améliorer l’engagement client et l’expérience Hydrafacial. Assurer la transition des nouveaux clients vers les Regional Training Specialists et les Business Development Managers, en collaborant pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de chaque compte. Participer et apporter son soutien lors de salons professionnels locaux et d’événements régionaux afin de développer la notoriété de la marque et les ventes. Effectuer toute autre mission confiée. Ce qu’il faut savoir Profil recherché : Diplôme de fin d’études secondaires ou équivalent. Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans la vente de dispositifs médicaux et/ou la gestion de comptes. Expérience réussie dans la vente d’équipements, avec des exemples concrets de ventes conclues. Expérience de vente dans le secteur de l’esthétique (marché cash-pay) : dermatologie, chirurgie plastique ou spas haut de gamme. Capacité à gérer les objections et les discussions concurrentielles. Historique démontré d’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux et/ou MBOs. Capacité à développer des ventes additionnelles, établir des prévisions fiables et utiliser les ressources de manière stratégique pour atteindre les objectifs. Bonne compréhension des cycles de vente et des solutions de financement tierces, avec la capacité de gérer les échanges avec les financeurs et les clients de manière professionnelle. Expérience dans la prospection de nouveaux clients et dans le maintien d’un pipeline actif grâce à des techniques de vente structurées. Disponibilité pour se déplacer jusqu’à 90 % du temps en voiture ou en avion. Expérience confirmée dans la conclusion de ventes basées sur le ROI et dans l’accompagnement des cabinets ou spas pour développer leur activité autour de produits esthétiques. Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication. Profil idéal : Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent. Expérience sur Salesforce. La rémunération fixe annuelle brute pour ce poste est comprise entre 45 000 € et 55 000 €. Ce poste est de plus éligible à une rémunération variable. La rémunération finale sera déterminée sur la base de critères objectifs liés au poste, notamment les compétences, l’expérience, la localisation et l’équité interne. English version : The Capital Sales Manager is responsible for driving capital equipment sales by targeting aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas. This role is critical in opening new business opportunities and requires a proactive “hunter” sales strategy. Capital Sales Managers collaborate closely with internal teams and finance partners to ensure an exceptional client experience. They uncover opportunities, deliver the Hydrafacial story, demonstrate the service, negotiate sales, and execute purchase agreements. This role also partners with the Business Development team to transition new clients and support existing accounts by identifying trade-up, second-system, and multi-location opportunities. What you’ll do: Primary Responsibilities: Introduces physician practices and medical spas to Hydrafacial by engaging all key stakeholders — including physicians, aestheticians, spa managers, and office managers. Demonstrates Hydrafacial technology and treatment protocols through hands-on, in-office treatments. Identifies customer needs, communicates potential ROI, and educates clients on how to position Hydrafacial treatments within their businesses. Generates leads through cold-calling strategies, including walk-in visits, phone outreach, networking, and social media engagement. Responds to inbound leads from tradeshows and corporate sources within 24 hours, maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Partners with corporate account teams to support opportunities requiring additional resources. Maintains a robust pipeline to consistently achieve monthly targets and sales goals, with a clear understanding of pipeline development required to meet quotas. Provides weekly forecasts to leadership, including high/low projections. Develops strategic selling techniques using marketing tools and resources to enhance client engagement and the overall Hydrafacial capital experience. Transitions new clients to Regional Training Specialists and Business Development Managers, collaborating to meet the unique needs of each account. Attends and supports local tradeshows and regional events to drive brand awareness and sales. Performs other duties as assigned. What you need to know: Required: High school diploma or GED. Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical device sales and/or account management. Proven success in capital equipment sales, with specific examples of closed deals. Experience selling into the aesthetics (cash-pay) market — dermatology, plastic surgery, or high-end resort spas. Ability to overcome objections and navigate competitive conversations. Demonstrated achievement of sales quotas and/or MBOs. Ability to upsell strategically, forecast accurately, and leverage resources to meet goals. Understanding of sales cycles and third-party financing strategies, with the ability to manage lender and customer conversations professionally. Experience prospecting new businesses and maintaining a healthy pipeline using strategic selling techniques. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% by car or plane. Proven success in closing sales based on ROI and helping practices or spas build businesses around aesthetic products. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred: College degree or equivalent. Experience using Salesforce. The base salary range for this role is 45 000 € - 55 000 € gross annually. More over, this role is eligible for commissions.
