Job Description We are currently managing the capital works programme of works for a large investor developer and are seeking a skilled client side construction project manager to lead the delivery of these works across the ACT. • Experience delivering construction focused capital projects and navigating technical, commercial and contractual matters. • The ability to develop, manage and deliver a pipeline of complex projects. • Strong capability across the full project lifecycle including design management, procurement and construction delivery • Solid understanding of Australian Standard consultancy and construction contracts, standards and codes • Demonstrated ability to run projects with minimal oversight • Monitor schedules and follow up to ensure timely progression • Review consultant submissions and technical documentation Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (desirable) A collaborative, solutions focused mindset with the confidence to advise, negotiate and influence at senior levels. Ability to mentor less experienced project managers The ability to deliver complex projects while balancing risk, timelines, cost and stakeholder expectations. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (desirable) Demonstrated, significant working experience as Project Manager of the end-to-end project management including all phases from scope, design, construction with a focus building infrastructure.
