A 65 ft SY is seeking a Captain/Engineer + Chef/First Mate/ Stew to start in May 2026 for the next Atlantic loop. Ideally looking for a crew who are looking to learn and develop with the programme and who are interested in committing to the next three seasons which will be Med 2026, Atlantic crossing with the ARC in Nov 2026, Caribbean 2026/2027, return to Med via Azores May 2027 and another Med season summer 2027. This is a mixed charter and private use program, with adventurous and active owners who love to sail and have owned sailing yachts for over 20 years. The boat runs with 2 crew, so the roles are multi faceted and require a good team dynamic. Ideally, the Captain / Engineer would have 1-2 years minimum experience on vessel of similar size, solid engineering / maintenance credentials and offshore experience (e.g. Atlantic crossings, offshore deliveries), strong organisation and a professional friendly manner to interact with guests. Regarding the Chef/First mate, when in charter mode they need to be able to deliver the higher standard food service but as the boat really does require two strong sailors to manage the vessel, this position also needs someone with reasonable hands on deck experience, confident holding solo watches and supporting the Captain in all aspects re sailing. Professional, organised, proactive and able to balance the chef-first mate role. This would suit a younger couple who are looking to build their careers in the yachting world and who can grow in the role. There is a competitive package on offer. Start date: May 2026
