Complemented by exceptional scuba diving and other water sports, the resort embraces the seafarer lifestyle with a glamorous twist. Job Description Carry out the function of boat driving. Ensure the safety and protection of all passengers on board, communicate politely, and initiate help whenever required. Keep record of the trips and boat inventory. Supervise and guide the crew members to execute their responsibilities. Ensure all equipment onboard is in perfect working condition and the boat is well maintained and clean. Any maintenance on the boat should be communicated to the transport manager. Ensure to maintain a professional experience with guests and team members according to the set standards and policies. Qualifications Relevant qualifications and driving license (outboard and inboard) Physically fit to work long hours on the sea. Able to communicate well with the team and guests. Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure. A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction.
