A Captain/Lead Server plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests. The Captain is responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience, while also focusing on tableside details.
