Bait Maryam DMCC, a Michelin Guide-recognized restaurant in the UAE, is currently seeking a skilled Captain Waiter to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Take orders accurately and ensure timely service of food and beverages.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Monitor the progress of orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with waitstaff to maintain smooth service flow.
  • Verify food presentation and portioning before serving.
  • Supervise table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area readiness.
  • Ensure cutlery, glassware, and linens are clean and properly arranged.
  • Maintain hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead and motivate junior waitstaff during service hours.
  • Train new staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest interaction.
  • Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure team cooperation
  • Promote daily specials, signature dishes, and beverages.
  • Suggest pairing options to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
  • Monitor guest preferences for personalized service in future visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
