YOUR MISSION:

At Reflex, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team that wins and closes significant mission contracts. To always stay a step ahead, we’re looking for an outstanding Capture and Bid Manager tohelp us create winning proposals in a highly specialized deep tech market. The Capture and Bid Manager will be deeply involved in pre-RfP work, driving the capture phase with the Sales team, and ensure that all resources are aligned with the client’s requirements before the bid gets underway. You will play a vital role in the Commercial Team at Reflex and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Responsibilities

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:

  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s proposal processes and create aplaybook for success.
  • Be the point of contact for all commercial and institutional proposals and tenders.
  • Work with the Sales team to develop clear win strategies across customer typesand market segments; ensure win themes are clear and compelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process as well as communication with the key stakeholders and partners in a joint bid.
  • Own risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
  • Prepare and review various aspects of the bid (management, contractual, technical, commercial).
  • Take the initiative to set realistic deadline and ensure on-time submission ofcompliant and complete contributions.
  • Contribute to written proposals.
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-bid reviews, both internally and withcustomers.
  • Assume ownership of the internal proposal management and asset library.
