EXPERIENCE:

The Car Broker will provide an exceptional car buying experience to customers by sourcing vehicles that meet their needs and budget, liaising with car dealerships, and ensuring smooth transactions. The role requires a proactive and passionate individual who is customer-focused and has a keen understanding of the car buying industry.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FOCUS:

• Ensure a positive and memorable experience for every customer from the initial inquiry to the final handover.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 12 to 18 months of car finance brokerage experience.

CUSTOMER-FOCUSED SKILLS:

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and delivering results that exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealerships.

ORGANISATIONAL & COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and dealerships.

TARGET-ORIENTED EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in working towards and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
