JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Physically fit, with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.

• Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and steam cleaning.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality assurance before returning them to customers.
• Drive vehicles safely within the premises as needed for cleaning and detailing purposes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns regarding vehicle care.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling cleaning products and equipment.
