SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven experience as a bodywork technician / panel beater / vehicle repair technician
• Strong understanding of vehicle body repair techniques and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Understanding of health & safety regulations in a workshop setting
• Full UK driving licence (required)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Bodywork Technician to join our dealership’s service team. In this hands-on role, you will carry out high-quality body repairs and paintwork on a variety of vehicles — ensuring they meet both manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
You will work as part of a busy and professional workshop environment, supporting our goal of delivering top-tier service and workmanship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform all aspects of vehicle body repair including panel beating, dent removal, and filler work
• Carry out paint preparation, masking, and spraying (if applicable)
• Complete repairs to manufacturer and insurance standards
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance and rectify any issues
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Communicate clearly with workshop control and service advisors
