Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily sales and operational activities of the team, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with the organizational goals.
  • Manage and monitor sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and effective conversion into sales.
  • Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to team members to foster professional growth and performance.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, addressing gaps through coaching and corrective actions as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for any team-related challenges, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions.
  • Serve as the liaison between the team and other departments or management, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Facilitate open communication within the team to address concerns, provide clarity, and encourage teamwork.
  • Provide regular updates to management on team performance, sales progress, and any potential risk or challenges.
  • Share actionable insight and recommendations to drive improvements in team operation and outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve operational, technical, or interpersonal issues affecting the team’s performance.
  • Proactively suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with internal stakeholders on marketing initiatives, recruitment and other adhoc projects
