SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1–2 years experience managing business social media accounts (experience in automotive or retail a bonus)
  • Confident creating content including imagery, video, captions, and stories
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
  • Familiar with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite or Later
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Enthusiastic about cars, customer service, and brand storytelling
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Social Media Executive with a strong eye for content — someone who can confidently capture, edit, and publish high-quality photos and videos that showcase our vehicles, services, and customer experience. You’ll play a key role in growing our dealership’s online presence and turning followers into footfall.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Promote new vehicle arrivals, used car stock, offers, events, and customer stories
  • Capture and edit photos/videos of vehicles and showroom activity for use on social media
  • Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, enquiries, etc.)
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Support paid social media campaigns and local advertising efforts
