Position: Car Insurance Sales & Support Staff
Location: Peakhurst
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
What You’ll Do:
Assist clients with auto insurance quotes and policy options
Process applications and renewals with accuracy and care
Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or in person
Help clients file claims and understand coverage
Stay updated on industry trends and policy changes
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in insurance or customer service (preferred but not required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Insurance license (a plus – or we’ll help you get one!)
