SKILL REQUIREMENTS
The skills, duties and other attributes required to excel as customer service team member include the following:
· Previous sales experience – ideally phone based
· Able to recognise sales opportunities, create and develop enquires
· Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers
· Confident telephone manner
· Ability to multitask

· Ability to be accurate and precise whilst working under pressure and meeting deadlines
· A friendly and approachable personality
· Ability to act as part of the team
· To be able to adapt to customer requirements with patience and understanding.
