Our mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space that includes a 10-acre rooftop park. We are seeking a Car Park Admin to join our team. Car Park Admin is responsible for assist customers, monitor parking activities, and maintain standard operating procedure within the parking lot. Your duties include but not limited to the following: Assist customers by addressing inquiries and providing courteous, efficient service at all times. Respond promptly to walk-in customers and intercom calls, ensuring timely support. Handle feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Prepare and submit accurate daily operational reports to ensure smooth documentation and tracking. Manage season pass applications, renewals, and related customer records. Maintain accurate records of Touch ‘n Go card serial numbers and user data. Support general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation. Assist the Car Park Supervisor with daily operations and any ad hoc duties as required. Requirements SPM qualification previous experience in car park management in a shopping mall or a similar role is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Able to work in 2 rotating shifts between 8am to 6pm (based on roster), weekends and Public Holidays. May require working overtime based on scheduled and emergency call off support shift or any “Just in Case “situations.
