Description
The Grenada Airports Authority (GAA) is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Park Attendant at the Maurice Bishop International Airport (MBIA). This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles in and out of the airport’s car park while delivering excellent service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage the operation of the car park boom barrier and issue tickets to customers upon entry. Accurately calculate and collect parking fees, issuing receipts as required. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare balanced, signed cash summaries. Report any discrepancies or irregularities promptly. Provide courteous and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally. Ensure orderly entry, parking, and exit of vehicles. Minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC passes or equivalent, including English Language and Mathematics. Customer service training would be considered an asset. Must demonstrate integrity, reliability, professionalism, and a strong team spirit. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Initiative and commitment to continuous learning. Strong work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction. Must possess a clean character certificate. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance.
