Role Overview: We are hiring a Car Partnerships Manager to lead the development of strategic partnerships that scale our Cars supply and strengthen our automotive ecosystem. This role will be responsible for owning partner acquisition, managing high-value accounts, and building long-term supply partnerships across Saudi Arabia. Work Week: Sunday – Thursday Availability Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saudi Arabia Standard Time) \n Role & Responsibilities: Own the partnerships strategy for dealerships, fleet operators, and rental companies. Build and manage a pipeline of strategic automotive partners to drive supply growth. Lead negotiations, commercial structuring, and partnership agreements. Manage key partner relationships and ensure long-term collaboration and performance. Work closely with senior leadership to define partnership priorities and expansion plans. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product teams. Monitor partnership KPIs, revenue impact, and supply contribution. Represent the company externally in key industry and partner discussions. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Automotive/Fleet industries. Proven experience managing strategic accounts and closing high-impact partnerships. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen. Deep knowledge of the automotive market in Saudi Arabia. Ability to operate independently and build a new function from scratch. \n
