JOB SUMMARY

The Parts Advisor/ Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in the company by providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on parts and accessories. This position involves assisting customers with their enquiries, and ensuring that all parts are readily available for our local garages. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Days to be worked Monday to Friday 8:30-17:30 with the occasional Saturdays 8:30-13:30 to cover holidays

  • Knowledge of car parts an advantage
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner needed for building relationships with customers.
    This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have an interest in automotive parts, looking to contribute positively to our team while developing their skills in a dynamic setting.
    Delivery driving would normally be Thursdays, but additional days may be needed using the company vehicle. Full clean driving licence will be needed for insurance purposes.
