We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with rental car reservations
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Upsell additional products and services to customers
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment
  • Perform administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software programs
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
