The Car Rental Co-ordinator will be the first point of contact for all incoming customers attending their service appointments at Marino’s Auto Group. You will be responsible for providing high-level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience at Marino’s Auto Group. If you are a team player, have a passion for customer service, an ability to stay organized, and a high attention to detailer, then this role is for you!

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
• Conduct a walk-around of customer vehicles, identifying work to be done.
• Pickup and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in for service.
• Take vehicles through the car wash.
• Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with genuine intent.
• Ensure the service drive through area is clean and organized.
• Assist with tire inventory, moving tires to assigned storage area.
• Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and lot.
• Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes.
• Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space.
• Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.
