Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and assist with check-ins and reservations.
  • Answer questions by phone, email, and in person.
  • Perform quick vehicle checks to ensure they’re clean and ready to go.
  • Keep records and reservations accurate and organized.
  • Offer upgrades and extras when it makes sense.
