We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record in retail or outside sales. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring they receive the best products and services tailored to their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively, particularly in Spanish or other languages, will be a significant asset in enhancing customer relationships and expanding our market reach.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with dealership environments or similar industries is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive approach to upselling and meeting customer needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
