• Lead F&I Performance:

Maximise profitability across finance, insurance, and warranty products — always with full FCA compliance.

• Customer-Centric Focus:

Build tailored finance packages and guide customers through the purchase process with clarity and trust.

• Coach & Inspire:

Support and develop the Sales Executive team with expert deal structuring, motivation, and ongoing coaching.

• Performance Analysis:

Monitor key KPIs (e.g. finance penetration, product mix), identify opportunities, and drive performance improvements.

• Close the Deal:

Oversee final transactions and part-exchange evaluations, ensuring smooth handovers and satisfied customers.
