Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To achieve monthly sales targets by effectively utilising all brand consumer offers and maximising profitability through available financial and add-on products. Promote brand awareness through consistent use of social media and video technology across all customer interactions. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by maintaining clear, transparent, and regular communication throughout the sales process. Uphold fairness and compliance in every sales opportunity by using the provided compliance tools and treating all customers with integrity and respect

DUTIES:

  • Sell cars to a minimum of a target level set monthly
  • Generate enough activity to secure timed and confirmed business appointments to reach targets
  • Secure the satisfaction survey return from every customer new and used
  • Ensure that every customer is treated fairly and managed through an exceptional sales process
  • Upkeep both site and digital presentation daily
  • Treat every customer fairly using provided system tools
  • Make sure that every sale is compliant in 100% of cases
  • Make sure that required training is up to date for company and brand
  • Maximise the profitability of every sale making customers aware of all add on products and meet KPI’s for sales
