Family Ford has a rare opportunity available as a Product Sales Consultant. Sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Bilingual candidates will be strongly considered.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our dealership’s inventory and available vehicles
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and following up with potential customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve overall dealership goals
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage leads, follow-ups, and customer information
- Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills to engage with customers and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes, including financing options, warranties, and service plans
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships based on trust and professionalism
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and stay updated on industry trends
