Job Requirements:

• No Automotive Sales Experience Required
• Customer Service Experience- preferred
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent- required
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills- required
• Self-motivated, goal orientated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment- required
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience- preferred
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy- require

• Assisting customers, answering their questions and helping them to select a vehicle
• Create and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Learn and share the latest product information, incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit our customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Introduce customers to service department personnel and offer maintenance and repair
