• Proactively prospect new business via phone, showroom traffic, product launches, and local events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records on our state-of-the-art CRM system.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge through regular manufacturer-led training.
• Deliver a seamless experience throughout the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to retention and referrals.
