• Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping In regular contact with them about our products, forthcoming events while maintaining a customer focused attitude.
• Prospecting new customers by telephone, attending product launches and other events.
• Maintaining our state-of-the-art CRM system with up to date and accurate records.
• Ensure product knowledge is kept up to date and relevant through manufacture led training.
• Provide exceptional customer service which leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
• Good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
• Operation of the full sales process from initial enquiry through to customer retention
