ABOUT THE ROLE:

At RRG Peugeot Oldham, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales success while delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage the entire sales process from start to finish, ensuring that every customer’s experience is outstanding. Your enthusiasm for our products and commitment to customer satisfaction will help you achieve and exceed your sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and match them with the right products.
Product Presentation: Use your in-depth product knowledge to guide customers towards the best choice and encourage test drives.
Sales Negotiation: Finalise sales details transparently, manage part-exchange valuations, and handle finance arrangements within FCA regulations.
Order Coordination: Liaise with the Sales Management team to ensure product availability, confirm delivery dates, and keep customers informed.
Customer Relationship Building: Personally, hand over vehicles, introduce aftersales staff, and follow up post-handover to maintain a strong customer relationship.
New Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through daily selling activities and database management.
