Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: North Holme Road, Louth, Lincolnshire. LN11 0HS
Salary: £20,000 Basic + £35,000 - £40,000 OTE, with uncapped earning potential
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, confident yet driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Right Car Louth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading dealership, offering a competitive salary, excellent commission structure, and a team focused environment.
You’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, building ongoing relationships with customers and the Right Car Group, drive sales in a busy yet rewarding environment. OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales (automotive sales experience is an advantage but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Passion for cars and customer service
  • Full UK driving license (essential)

  • Negotiate deals and closing sales in order to achieve targets
  • Manage customer queries to ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team in order to meet dealership targets
