OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the Used car-buying process. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this position. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for the automotive industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Social media presence
  • Proven experience in outside sales or automotive sales preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
  • Familiarity with sales management techniques and upselling strategies is advantageous.
  • A passion for cars and an understanding of automotive features is preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $30,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and establish a rapport to understand their vehicle needs.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups with leads.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
