The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a sales environment as well as ambition, charisma, and passion for all things motor.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Full, clean driver’s license is essential.
• Previous experience in the motor industry is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong professional relationships.
• Highly self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong business acumen with a customer 1st focus.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Dealing professionally & promptly with enquires.
Assist customers in selecting their New Vehicles.
Ensure great customer service is provided to all clients.
Liaise with customers throughout the buying process.
Manage the preparation and hand over of sold vehicles to customers.
Maintain the showroom and displays to required standards.
Work to strict targets and deadlines.
Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories and key features.
Accurately collect all customer contact and vehicle data in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
