KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Full, clean driver’s licence (essential).
• Previous sales experience (motor industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Commercially minded with a customer-first focus.

• Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries.
• Assist customers in selecting their new vehicles.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the buying process.
• Liaise with customers from initial enquiry to final handover.
• Prepare and present sold vehicles to showroom standards.
• Maintain high standards in the showroom and display areas.
• Work to defined sales targets and deadlines.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of all Nissan & KIA products, features, and accessories.
• Collect accurate customer and vehicle data to enhance our CRM system.
