As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, ensuring they have a positive experience while meeting their automotive needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer engagement.
• full driving licence is a must!
• be prepared to help out around the dealership with other tasks including valeting etc, until we grow and can employ more staff.
• Previous administrative experience is beneficial for managing documentation and customer records effectively.

• Maintain an organised sales environment, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
