QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven sales success as a closer
• Previous finance experience a plus as you can work your own deals (We can train!)
• High integrity / high energy work ethic required to meet sales goals
• Able to function effectively in a well-structured consistent environment
• Able to identify needs / wants necessary to close the sale
• Strong customer service and communication skills (Spanish speaking a plus!)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and sales support
• Basic understanding of CRM management and deal writing
• Ability to return calls to 50+ leads per day with proper documentation and follow up

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their approval while providing exceptional customer service.
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage with clients and address inquiries.
• Support sales efforts through outbound calls and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory and marketing strategies to promote sales.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance sales support and improve overall dealership performance.
