Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering an exceptional sales experience from first contact through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with customers in the showroom and online.
  • Understand customer needs and match them with suitable vehicles.
  • Conduct test drives and provide detailed product knowledge on vehicles.
  • Negotiate deals to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Manage finance, part-exchange, and add-on sales opportunities.
  • Ensure all paperwork and compliance standards are completed accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver excellent service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in car sales or luxury retail sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A confident, professional, and customer-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £19,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
