Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Support

  • Lead by example to inspire excellent customer service and teamwork among staff.
  • Provide on-shift direction and guidance to Team Members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching new and current employees.

Operations Management

  • Supervise daily operations of the car wash, detailing bays, and retail store to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor the automatic car tunnel, self-serve bays, and equipment for proper functionality, and address issues as they arise.
  • Oversee cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring high standards are maintained.

Customer Service

  • Act as the primary contact for escalated customer concerns, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
  • Assist customers in understanding and using available services and products.

Inventory & Retail Oversight

  • Manage retail inventory by restocking, monitoring levels, and conducting regular checks.
  • Ensure point-of-sale accuracy and assist with cash handling and closing procedures.
  • Conduct safety checks on equipment and facilities, addressing hazards and ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards.

Administrative Support

  • Provide the General Manager with shift reports and updates on staff performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating team coverage for shifts.
