Description Assistant General Manager: We are seeking a high energy, experienced leader to help lead our teams and deliver our customers a one-of-a-kind car wash experience. As an Assistant General Manager at Gas N Wash, you will be responsible for learning about the day-to-day operations of the wash and provide support for the General Manager. We will provide an excellent opportunity for you to continue to grow and develop a great career at Gas N Wash! “At Gas N Wash, our goal is to provide an exceptional customer service experience.” Assistant General Manager Job Responsibilities: · A strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience for our guests. · The ability to present, promote, and sell car wash memberships · Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. · The ability to help train and develop new employees. · The ability to motivate and coach the team as needed. · The ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask. · The ability to work well in a team environment and individually. · Learn to guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel, learn the operations of the tunnel and continue to practice tunnel safety. · Strong emphasis on working with the general manager to help grow sales volume and site profitability, as well as driving business results. · Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash facility. · Ensure all safety procedures are followed for guests and staff safety. · Continue to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues. · Knowledge of all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely. · Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by learning to handle any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner. · Strong emphasis on sales, customer satisfaction and membership retention. · Basic computer skills. · Any duties assigned by leadership. Requirements · Must be at least 18 years of age. · Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience. · Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum guest satisfaction. · Strong understanding of business operations. · Exceptional leadership skills. · Excellent organization and time management capabilities. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong work ethic and a professional attitude. · The ability to stand for long periods of time. · The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons. · The ability to lift 50 lbs. · Mechanically Inclined. · Travel between locations for training and development purposes. · The ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
