Description TITLE: Car Wash Attendant DATE REVISED: Feb. 6, 2023 SUPERVISOR: Assistant Manager / General Manager POSITION SUMMARY: The Car Wash Attendant brings premium customer service and knowledge about the Shiny Shell product to all members and customers that visit the site. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring safety of customers and co-workers as a top priority at all times Loading cars onto the conveyer belt for tunnel washing Greeting customers at the window, offering product information and selling washes and memberships Monitoring vacuum lot to ensure customers have all cleaning tools necessary Recycling towels, replacing empty surface cleaners, and helping in the lot where possible Understanding basic operations and equipment of car wash Ensuring a premium experience for all customers, members, and co-workers PREREQUISITES: Experience in customer service Ability to multitask Problem solver Self-starter Requirements Must be able to work weekday nights and occasionally Saturdays.
Responsibilities
